Industries / Google Ads for HVAC and heating services
Google Ads for HVAC companies, built for the moment customers need a repair, replacement, installation or maintenance. I organise campaigns by service and location, and optimise every week for calls, forms and cost per lead.

Search campaigns per service and equipment brand on Target CPA, with leads and calls imported from the field-service software.
Tracked conversions are actions recorded in Google Ads (purchases, calls, forms), not confirmed sales. Each figure belongs to the date range shown beside it.
AC repair, furnace installation, heat pumps and maintenance plans attract different customers at different times of year. Each service gets its own campaign, ads and budget, and each service area is tracked separately, so spend moves to the jobs and neighbourhoods that bring the most valuable calls.
Most HVAC leads arrive by phone. I set up call tracking from ads and the website, count form submissions properly and, where your field-service software allows it, import booked jobs back into Google Ads. Bidding then learns which searches turn into work, not just which ones ring.
Demand jumps with the first heat wave or cold snap. I adjust budgets ahead of the season, keep emergency and same-day searches running during the hours you answer the phone, and cut clicks from DIY, parts and job searches that waste an HVAC budget.

Prioritise searches for repairs, replacements, installations and estimates.
Add negative keywords to cut irrelevant clicks.
Review performance by area and move budget to the stronger service areas.
Optimise call assets, landing pages and lead forms.
Track cost per lead, calls and qualified inquiries.
By focusing on high-intent searches like repair, replacement and installation in your service area, using call assets where they fit, and scheduling ads around the hours you can answer. Every call is tracked, and search terms are reviewed weekly to remove irrelevant clicks.
The same structure fits roofing, plumbing, electrical and other local contractors: campaigns per service and area, call tracking and a focus on cost per lead. See Google Ads for roofing companies for another example.
Yes. The three HVAC accounts above are in Canada, and I also work with contractors in the United States and other markets. Campaigns are set up for your service areas, currency and opening hours.
I review your campaigns, search terms, call and form tracking and budget split, then show where money is being wasted and which services or areas are worth scaling. No account yet? I research your market and propose your first campaigns.
If no one has time to check search terms, budgets and call quality every week, yes. With me there’s no account manager in between: I run the campaigns myself, send daily updates and meet you weekly.
Get a clear view of what’s working, where budget is being wasted, and which opportunities are worth scaling.
